Privacy Policy

Information you provide. When you submit a team listing, we collect the information included in that submission -- team name, description, category, address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, email address, website, coach name, and related program details. When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information when you visit the Service, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring pages, via cookies and similar technologies.

We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: (1) essential site functionality, such as keeping an administrator signed in, and (2) analytics, described below. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service (such as the admin dashboard) from working correctly.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Service -- for example, which pages and listings are most viewed. Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, time on site, and general location, and may set its own cookies to do so. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's browser opt-out add-on.

Team listings, categories, and related directory data are stored and managed using Supabase, a third-party database and authentication provider. Supabase hosts our database infrastructure and processes data on our behalf in accordance with its own security practices and data processing terms.

Featured listing purchases are processed through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details ourselves -- Stripe collects and processes that information directly and provides us with limited transaction details (such as payment status and amount) to confirm your purchase.

• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers described above (Supabase, Google Analytics, Stripe) as needed to operate the Service, or when required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information associated with a listing or newsletter subscription by contacting us at hello@travelteamfinder.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law (for example, the California Consumer Privacy Act). We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.

We retain listing and account information for as long as needed to operate the Service or as required by law, and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed for those purposes or upon a valid deletion request.

The Service is intended for parents, coaches, and program administrators, and is not directed to children under 13. Any information about youth athletes appearing in a team listing (such as age group) is submitted by an adult coach or organization, not collected directly from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
