Terms of Service

The Service is a directory of youth basketball team and program listings. We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any listing, and we are not a party to any relationship between a listed program and a family. Listings are submitted by team coaches, organizers, or the public and are reviewed before publication, but we do not independently verify submitted information, credentials, or the safety of any program.

• You must submit accurate, current, and non-misleading information about a team or program.
• By submitting a listing, you represent that you are authorized to provide the submitted information on behalf of that team or program.
• Submitted listings are reviewed and may be approved, rejected, edited, or removed at our sole discretion.
• We may remove any listing at any time, including for inaccurate content, policy violations, or at the request of the program it describes.

• Featured listing placements are optional paid upgrades, processed through Stripe.
• Fees for featured listings are due at the time of purchase and are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
• Featured placement lasts for the purchased duration and does not guarantee any specific ranking, position, or number of views.
• We may change featured listing pricing or availability at any time on a going-forward basis.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or unauthorized listings;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data from the Service without our written permission;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

The Service's design, text, and software are owned by Continuum Ventures LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. By submitting a listing, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of the Service.

THE SERVICE AND ALL LISTINGS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, complete, or current, and we do not perform background checks, safety vetting, or credential verification on any coach, team, or program listed on the Service. You are solely responsible for evaluating and vetting any program before enrolling a child.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTINUUM VENTURES LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY INTERACTION WITH A LISTED TEAM OR PROGRAM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Continuum Ventures LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Westchester County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
